An advanced water-borne paint formula and all purpose water restrainer that provides adequate level of micro-porosity, allowing air permeability and masonry breathing while providing protection from moisture and harsh atmospheric conditions. It is very ideal for use externally on highly exposed walls, concrete, stone and brickwork especially in very humid environments and on buildings that require lengthy maintenance cycle.
It has very good water-repellent properties and chemical resistance that help to give protection against water-borne organic materials, mild atmospheric fume attack and salt in new mortar, rendered and similar surfaces.WEATHERSEAL is highly pigmented and enhanced with a silicon system-bearing copolymer binder, which gives long-lasting protection against sunrays, salty and humid environment while retaining its desired appearance for lengthy periods.
