Chairman/Managing Director,
is a Fellow of the National Institute of Marketing Of Nigeria and a holder of an MBA from Lagos State University has over twenty three years’ experience in the building industry manufacturing sector particularly in the paints and cement sub-sectors. He also attended several senior management and leadership courses in Nigeria and abroad including some at Insead, Ashridge and Lafarge Knowledge Campus in France. He occupied various managerial positions prominent among which are the headship of Sales and Marketing Teams of Sandtex Brand of Paint, Elephant Cement and Cement Import and Marketing Operation of Santex Cement.

Akinboro, Abiodun Jimoh 

Technical Director is a 1981 first class graduate of Industrial Chemistry, Sofia University Bulgaria.
He started his local paint industry experience in I982 at Berger Paints Plc where he served and later became a senior Chemist before moving on to a number of other paint companies where he served in different capacities in the Technical area. These include Billand Paints, Arewa Paints, Rex Paints, Portland Paints. He Joined Voda Paints Board in 2004 as Technical Director.

Olujimi Ogunmokun,

Finance Director,
holds a Batchelor Of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Benin and is a Fellow of The Institute of Chartered Accountants Of Nigeria (ICAN). He started his accounting career from the audit firm of Akintola Williams and Partners in 1983 from where he moved into manufacturing sector in the late 1980s when he joined the Oodua Group as an accountant and later moved on to West African Portland Cement Plc where he rose to become the Chief Accountant. He joined the Board of Voda Paints in 2005.

Oluwadamilare Akinseye,

Director,
a stockbroker is an Agric Economics graduate of Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile Ife. He started his career in the Finance Sector when he joined the Finance Firm- Capital Providers in 1994 as a Trading Manager and later became the Head of Investments in 1998. From this position, he ventured out as an entrepreneur when he started the trading and Investment firm- Livingproof Nig. Ltd. He joined The Board of Voda Paints in 2004.

Aluko, Kofo Olufunmilayo

a trained Secretarial Administrator and a holder of a Master of Public Administration of the University of Lagos, Akoka acts as the Company Secretary. She worked with Mobil Oil Nig Plc for several years before venturing out into private business in 1996. She has been with Voda Paints since inception.
